Once your package is handed over to the logistics carrier, the carrier will take charge of its transportation route and delivery timeliness. We will provide you with a unique logistics tracking number, allowing you to check your package’s real-time status throughout its transit.

1. What Counts as an Eligible Return?

  • You can request a return within 30 calendar days of your package’s delivery date, which is confirmed by tracking information.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories need to stay intact—items with signs of wear, damage, or modification won’t be accepted.

  • Some items can’t be returned due to safety, hygiene, or customization rules. These include personalized products, perishable goods, intimate apparel, and opened skincare or cosmetic items. A full list of non-returnable items is available on each product’s detail page.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request: Before sending any items back, contact our customer service team via [email/online form]. Include your order number, the name of the item(s) you want to return, and a short reason for the request. We’ll review it within 2 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.

  2. Prepare Your Shipment: Pack eligible items securely—we suggest using the original packaging if you have it. Clearly mark the RA number on the outer package. Note: Returns without an RA number may be rejected or delayed.

  3. Ship the Item Back: You’re responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the return is our mistake (like sending the wrong item or a defective one). Keep the return tracking number for reference—we aren’t liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Details on Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (usually within 3–5 business days of arrival at our warehouse) and confirm eligibility, we’ll process your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and processing times vary by provider (typically 5–10 business days).

  • Exchanges: If you want to swap an item (e.g., for a different size/color), mention your desired replacement in your return request. Exchanges depend on stock—if the item you want is out of stock, we’ll automatically issue a refund instead.

  • Deductions: For returns based on customer preference (like changing your mind), a small restocking fee (up to 10% of the item’s purchase price) may be deducted from your refund. No restocking fees apply if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
